Objective: To nurture and develop the ecosystem for innovation in Gaming, VFX, Computer Vision & AI Industry by providing domain-specific startups with the required infrastructure, lab facilities, mentoring, technology support, designing, prototyping, marketing, product launch, funding, and IP creation.
Focus Areas: Mobile & Immersive Gaming, Animation, VFX, Computer Vision in Automation & Security, AI in Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, and Retail.
Location: Hyderabad has played a phenomenal role in contributing to the growth of IT & ITeS industry in the Electronics City of Hyderabad and many software product startups have established their base with the support of STPI Hyderabad.
Partners: Partners include Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), STPI, AIC STPINEXT, Govt. of Telangana, IIIT-HYDERABAD, TVAGA, Hyderabad Angels, TiE Hyderabad, and HYSEA.

Duration: The CoE is proposed to be operational for five years from the date of its operation.
Budget & Source of Funding: The total budgetary outlay of this CoE is Rs. 19.68 crores shared by MeitY (Rs 3.5 crore), Govt. of Telangana (Rs. 4 crore), STPI (Rs. 7 crore), Industry (Rs. 3.5 crore), and revenue from operations (Rs. 1.68 crore)
