ABOUT STPI INDORE
As an initiative to facilitate the IT & ITeS industry and to boost IT & ITeS exports in the region of Madhya Pradesh, STPI-Indore was established in the year 2001. STPI Indore Centre is situated in the Electronics complex which is surrounded by IT/ITES and the electronics industry. The facility is well connected through public transport and is approximately 5 km from Indore railway station
STPI has been facilitating small and medium-scale industries to establish themselves by providing , Statutory Services, Data Communication Services, Co-Location Services , Incubation Services, Project Management and Consultancy Services and other value-added services to the IT/ ITES industry.
STPI Headquarters is located in New Delhi with 65 Centres spread across the Country. STPI is constantly intending to implement STP/EHTP scheme formulated by Govt. of India, and setting up and managing infrastructural facilities. The STPI-Indore Centre has witnessed a substantial increase in IT exports. The IT exports for the last few years are as under:
